Problem: The counter appears as HTML text on your page instead of a counter.

Solution: The counter must be installed as HTML code. If you are using a graphical editor such a Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver, open the web page in a text editor such as notepad. This allows you to paste the HTML text directly into the code.

Problem: After installing the counter, all of the images are broken on the page.

Solution: Re-install a new counter on the page. Make sure to sign up again using your full web site address and copy all of the code provided.

Problem: The counter suddenly stopped working or reset.

Solution: This may be a result of tampering with the counters' code. Please do not change any of the code provided, including the small 'sponsor' link underneath the counter. If you have not altered the code, please contact us for tech support.
